My bank is interested in knowing more about the E.A. Brevita Cooperative Association before making the loan. What do you suggest?
Our detailed business plan has complete information about E.A.'s 19 year track record, our systems and strategies. They are also free to view our websites including:
Once I place my order for an E.A. Brevita building, how long before I can open for business?
8 weeks to 16 weeks. The time it takes to complete the process varies depending on city or county regulations, the time it takes you to secure your financing and location and the time it takes to go through your online training process.
What kind of supplies will I get from E.A. Delivers after we get our operation started? Cups? Coffee?
When your unit is shipped, you will also receive an initial supply of what you will need from coffee vouchers to cups, lids, straws, stir sticks, syrups - everything. You will need to arrange for milk delivery and for water. Click here to view the Start-up Package.
Do I have to build my own drive-thru?
Your drive-thru arrives completely assembled with your wrap and menu already affixed. Your electricity and water will need to be connected. The only construction might be the site preparation such as building a concrete pad or adding a driveway. Most sites need almost no preparation. Sometimes painted stripes and directional arrows can be added to direct people to your window. It is a nice touch that is inexpensive.
What kind of money can I expect to make?
We are not legally able to imply or make any statements concerning the individual profitability of any specific Shop. However, we do provide a generic interactive worksheet to help you assess the potential of your own business. Click here to view the spreadsheet.
One thing to keep in mind is that the E.A. Brevita Cooperative Association's goal is to help you move from a single unit operation to multi-unit operations. By adding more units, you can decrease your management expense and, with the E.A. System Support, you can maintain consistency in your training processes.
